The definition of the law. Fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen (human rights). Sources of law in the Czech Republic. Relations. Ownership rights and the community. Intellectual property. Employment. Business. Of the company. Public company. Limited partnership. A limited liability company. The joint-stock company. Contract. Responsibility for the infringement. Purchase agreement. Contract for work. Lease. Other selected the contract.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the basics of the law. Emphasis is placed on legislation of human rights. Attention is given to civil, commercial and labor law.
Listener is able to focus in civil, commercial and labor law after completion of the course. |

General knowledge on bachelor level is needed for study of the subject.
