Process management in enterprises. Integral management and its basic parts. Quality management system. QMS - EN ISO 9001:2000. Quality management system - identification of processes. QMS - management of processes (monitor, measure, analyze processes and their continual improvement). The quality management system documentation. Environmental protection (global activity, national activity, state regulation) Environmental management system. EMS - EN ISO 14001:2004 and EMAS II (Eco-Management Audit Scheme). Environmental aspects and environmental impacts management. The environmental management system documentation. Health and safety management system. Hazard identification. Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Skills training
Learning outcomes
Goal of lessons is to make students acquainted with particular parts of integral management (i.e. with principles and methodologies of implementation of QMS, EMS, HSMS and Fire protection system) as well as with implementation of integral management system. Student could obtain complex knowledge of integral management (and its parts) and to comprehend its importance for process management of enterprises.
After finishing this subject the learner is able to orientate in particular systems of management. He/she understands particular methodologies for implementation. Students are qualified to participate in implementation of particular systems (QMS, EMS, HSMS and Fire protection system, too), to create documentation of these systems as well as the systems to continual improve. He/she is able to take part in integration of these systems.
Prerequisites
Knowledge in mathematics and business economics and management on bachelor level is needed for study of the subject.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination

Oral exam is required. Level of acquired knowledge, approaches, as well as skill in practice application are examined. At the end of term the knowledge is verified by examination paper, its results are considered as a part of final classification.
