Viscosity-verification of Andrad´s dependence on temperature, Difusion coeficient,Chemical equilibrium of redox reactions, Acido-basic titration-measurement of pH, Inversion of sucrose- reaction I. order, Determination of reaction order of complex reaction, Molar refraction-identification of liquids, Absorption Spectrophotometry- Lambert-Beer´s law.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of subject is a practical use of theoretical knowledge of Physical chemistry. Students are acquainted with a complex physical-chemical method.
Student is able to manage and understand complex practical exercise of physical chemistry.

Prerequisites
|
Theoretical knowledge of Physical Chemistry (subjects ZFCh, FCH II). Practical knowledge of elementary physical-chemical method.

Oral examination
Written evaluation of the laboratory practice-60% of the subject examination Regular weekly checking of the preparation to the practice lesson-20% of the subject examination Final examination (written test, oral verification)-20% of the subject examination
