Home assignment evaluation, Presentation

Regular preparation and active participation are required (a maximum of three absences are permitted). The final grade will be awarded based on the following criteria: (1) Activity during lectures: 20%. (2) Selection of a topic and preparation of a handout - 30%. (3) An essay on a topic covered in the course, 5-7 standard pages in length, worth 50%. Grading according to points earned: A: 100-91 B: 90-81 C: 80-71 D: 70-61 E: 60-51 F (fail): 50-0
