Diplomatics (subject, terminology, category of significant written documents - characteristics, analysis and processing, history of diplomatic materials and bureaus in Bohemian countries) Codicology (subject, unofficial hand-written documents in Bohemian countries) Sphragistics (subject, terminology, characteristics and history of signets, particularly in Bohemian countries) Heraldry (subject, terminology, history and application of coat of arms, particularly in Bohemian countries) Genealogy (subject, terminology, sources of genealogy research and their application). Numismatics (subject, terminology, history of currency in Bohemian countries)

Learning outcomes
|
Subject objective consists in getting knowledge and skills, mastering practical information processing within the specialised branch which the professional restorer permanently deal with.
Students are capable of practical applying fundamental survey of history, terminology, methodology and basic knowledge on individual auxiliary historical sciences - palaeography, diplomatics, codicology, epigraphics, heraldry, sphragistics, genealogy, numismatics, historic metrology, and chronology.
