Ways of projection, central and parallel projection, point, straight line, plain, metric tasks. Topographic planes, cuts, deploying of communications into terrain. Monge's projection, principles, point, straight, plain projection, metric problems. Monge's projection, intersection of planes, plain object rotation to projection plane. Monge's projection, projection of base bodies. Monge's projection, intersection of a straight line, plane with selected bodies . Orthogonal axonometry, constructive problems in coordinate planes. Orthogonal axonometry, method of cuts. Oblique projection, principle, projection of point and plane. Oblique projection, projection of basic bodies.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Demonstration, Projection, Skills training, Graphic and art activities
Learning outcomes
Central and parallel projection. Principles of perspective collinearity and axe affinity and application of these principles within problems solution. Understand the basics of Monge's projection and orthogonal axonometry. Learn how to solve simple 3D problems. Learn selected facts on the theory of curves and surfaces. Know the properties of developable surfaces.
Students orietate in basic methods of imaging and they can study engineering drawings after the graduation the course.
Prerequisites
Students orietate in basic geometry.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment

Giving an assignment approval is conditioned by handing in four independent pieces of homework (4 drawings in A4 format) and successful passing of the two semester written tests (50 %) at the half and the end of the semester. Form, contents and length of the exam are determined in accordance with Study and Examining Rules of University of Pardubice. The exam consists of written test. Test includes 3 problems. Student passes successfully the exam if he/she obtains at minimum 50% of possible points.
