Learning outcomes
|
The subject deals with theoretical fundamentals of magnetic resonation imaging, its history, principles of the method, procedures in imaging different parts of the body, organs and organ system, practical performance of examination, indications and contraindication to magnetic resonance imaging.
Students will learn about the importance and position of magnetic resonance among other examination imaging methods, indications and contraindication to magnetic resonance imaging, and examination procedures. Students will become capable to assess the quality of rendered imaging, and to modify imaging parameters related to imaging requirements and patient's health.
