Course content
Linux, distributions, (remote) login, filesystem, permissions, shell, processes, Linux commands, regular expressions. Internet, services, e-mail, ftp. DTP, basics of typography, graphic editors, text editors and spreadsheets. Matlab.

Learning outcomes
Course objective: Learn the basics of Unix using Linux. Make the practice and knowledge of other subjects, especially Fundamentals of Information Technology (ZIT).
Supplement and practise the subject matter of the ZIT (Information Technology - Basic).
