Course content
Becoming familiar with a standard care unit. Practicing nursing activities, the nursing process. Practicing communication skills. Respecting the patient's rights. Applying principles of ethics during work.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to gain practical skills in a network of institutions and workplaces representing emergency medical services within an integrated rescue service network and in other areas that engage in health and life rescue.
The student masters nursing procedures and actions according to standards. The student seeks out and meets the needs of clients based on the nursing process, participates in interdisciplinary healthcare team collaboration, and respects and abides by valid laws and regulations.

It is compulsory to complete 100% attendance in the internship. It is compulsory to complete the determined procedures and nursing processes. Completing assigned written work.
