Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to become familiar with diagnostics, treatments, and nursing aspects of selected surgical illnesses and injuries.
The student knows and is able to practically apply basic knowledge of the following surgical subspecialties: head and neck surgery, neurosurgery, endocrinosurgery, chest surgery, abdominal surgery, cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, urology, traumatology, child surgery, and plastic surgery.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Didactic test
Completion of compulsory 85% attendance at the practicum sessions and seminars. Successful completion of a written test. Compliance with a written test.
