Course content
|
Venous thrombosis and embolism. Carditis and cardiomyopathy. Valve defects. Examination methods in pneumology. Pneumonia. Nursing process in patients with venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Nursing process in patients with cardiomyopathy and with a valve defect. Nursing process in examination methods in pneumology. Nursing process in patients with non-specific airway inflammation. Nursing process in patients with bronchial asthma.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquire basic knowledge in the field of cardiology and pneumology.
Students will get acquainted with the basics of symptomatology, diagnosis, treatment and nursing issues of patients with diseases of the heart, blood vessels and respiratory system.

Written examination, Student performance assessment
Completion of mandatory participation 80% in seminars. Completion of a written test or oral examination according to the decision of the subject guarantor.
