Learning outcomes |
After successful passing of this course, students will have a broad knowledge of Czech cinematography. They should be able to divide the history of the Czech film into coherent phases and units and to characterise them. They will learn the most important styles, creators and works created in given periods. Students will be able to demonstrate on individual examples, how the cultural, social and historical context influences official film creation and how the film creation reflects topical ethic or esthetic preferences and movements in the society. |
