  • unspecified - 18 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the lecture course is to give the students basic but on the other hand a concise survey of this dynamically growing interdisciplinar field of chemical science. The main interest is focused to the area of synthesis, production, reactivity and use of main group elements.
After passing of the exam in the course, the student will be able to choose the method of preparation of organometallic compounds of main group elements and to realize the synthesis in the laboratory efficiently. Passing the exam is important for the future work in the laboratories of organometallic chemistry.
Prerequisites
unspecified

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination

One or two tests are the control mechanisms of this course during the semester (ca 30% of overall sum of reachable points). The exam is composed by final test and will discover the abilities on the field.
