Course content
|
During practice, students apply health education methods with a focus on factors affecting individual health and its environment, to the principles for maintaining health and the ability to apply it in the daily life of an individual, family, group and society. Practices nursing activities with the implementation of the nursing process in natural conditions. They apply nursing procedures and principles in the care of sick adults, children and the disabled. Students apply individual nursing care to selected groups of patients in the form of a nursing process.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to familiarize students with the nature and organization of work on individual types of treatment units and thus you will gain experience from real practice, which is important for professional development and understanding the differences in meeting the needs of healthy, sick, disabled and dying clients/patients.
As part of the course, the student will master the required nursing procedures and performances according to standards, find and satisfy the needs of clients/patients based on active and individualized nursing care implemented using the nursing process method, participate in cooperation within the healthcare team, respect and comply with applicable laws and standards.

It is compulsory to complete 100% attendance in the internship. It is compulsory to complete the determined procedures and nursing processes. Completing assigned written work.
