Course content
Anatomy of the integumentary system. Anatomy of male genital organs. Anatomy of female genital organs. Anatomy of the CNS. Anatomy of the spinal cord and nerve pathways. Anatomy of the brain. Anatomy of the autonomic system. Anatomy of the sensory organs. Anatomy of the endocrine glands. Orientation to the human body. Anatomy of the skeletal system. Anatomy of the skeletal musculature. Anatomy of the digestive system. Anatomy of the respiratory system. Anatomy of the circulatory system. Anatomy of the urogenital system. Anatomy of the CNS. Anatomy of the spinal cord and neural pathways.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with macroscopic as well as microscopic structure of the human body and to teach them to use specialized medical language.
The student correctly presents on organ structure and location, uses and understands specialized terminology, and practically applies gained knowledge. Based on knowledge of anatomy, the student understands relationships concerning illness prevention and treatment.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Didactic test

Completion of compulsory 80% attendance at the practicum sessions. Completion of a written test or oral examination according to the decision of the subject guarantor.
