The essence of the law, the role of the law in the society. Legal relationships. Selected parts of the civil law. Selected parts of the labour law. Selected parts of the business law. Selected parts of the criminal law. Selected health care legislation.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to shape personality and intellectual and professional traits of the health care professional.
The student is able to explain basic philosophical terms. The student becomes familiar with the course and its significance in a given field. The student gains basic understanding of the subject of philosophy in nursing. Students are able to orientate themselves in legal regulations in health care, which are necessary for their practice.

|
Written examination
Successful completion of a written examination. Complection of compulsory 80% attendance at the lectures.
