Course content
Students become familiar with the system of primary, secondary and tertiary care, with applicable regulations during their internship and standards of the given device. They apply nursing procedures and principles in the care of healthy, sick and disabled people and dying clients. Furthermore, they satisfy the needs of clients based on active and individualized nursing care implemented using the nursing process method. They are capable of implementing health education methods with a focus on factors affecting the health of an individual and his environment, on principles for maintaining health and the ability to apply it in the daily life of an individual, family, group and society.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to gain experience from real practice. It is important for professional development and understanding of differences in meeting the needs of healthy, sick, handicapped and dying clients / patients in different developmental periods.
Students deepen their practical and theoretical knowledge and skills necessary for the provision of comprehensive nursing care, they cooperate within a medical team, respect and observe valid laws and standards.

Fulfillment of mandatory 100% participation in professional practice. Fulfillment of established performance and nursing processes. Processing of assigned nursing plans.
