Leadership versus management. Motivation. Reflection, self-reflection. Supervision, managerial supervision. Managing change. Practice: leading a discussion, leading meetings - facilitation, three-sided discussion The health care worker, patient, and family.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to prepare students for situations that can arise in the management of nursing leadership teams not only in the palliative care setting.
Students will get acquainted with the andragogical model of education, the importance of reflection and self-reflection during work. They will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge for the preparation of the team and the individual for supervision.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Discussion
Completion of compulsory 70% attendance at the lectures, 80% at the practicum. Successful completion of an oral examination.
