Course content
Preparation of printing form from hand setting and printing on hand printing machine Grapa TPG. Assessment of optimal exposition for offset printing plate. Preparation of offset printing form for machine Quick Master 46- 2. Printing on offset printing machine Quick Master 46- 2 from prepared printing forms. Printing on offset printing machine Polly Performer 266 from prepared testing forms. Preparation of serigraphy form and printing on manual screen printer machinery. Preparation printing form for tampon printing. Printing on tampon printing machine SPM- 100. Preparation of engraved printing form by method dry needle and print with prepared form. Preparation of linocuts and print from these printing forms. Preparation of lithographic forms and print from these forms. Preparation of hand paper. Preparation of testing flexography forms on equipment Babiflex AFP. Preparation of printing flexography forms on equipment Babiflex AFP. Print on flexo proofer machine F.P. 100/300. Two excursions into modern printing houses.

Learning outcomes
Acquaintance with preparation and production of printing forms for various printing techniques. Acquaintance with preparation and setting of printing machine. Printing on printing machine. Servicing printing machinery and other equipment.
Student after achievement of all laboratories can orients in problems of individual printing technique. Student can operate equipments separately or under the supervision. Gained knowledge and experience are further exploited in subjects Technology of printing forms, Materials for printing industry, Special printing and reproduction techniques, Technology and quality of offset printing.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of Courses of Bacheor Study Program (Printing Machinery I, Principles of Mech. Engineering).

Home assignment evaluation, Work-related product analysis, Discussion

Credit. Adherence of safety work conditions. Check of knowledge of actual laboratory work. Defence of preceding laboratory work. Elaboration of protocol. Revision of theoretic knowledge gained in lecture cycle Printing engineering I.
