Anatomy of the reproductive organs. Physiology of the reproductive organs. Noninvasive examination methods in gynaecology. Function tests. Imaging methods in gynaecology. Endoscopic and surgical diagnostic methods. Biopsy in gynaecology.

The aim of the subject is to acquire knowledge in the field of diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the female reproductive system. Prevention of serious gynaecological diseases is an important part of gynaecology. An important characteristic of the field is the fact that it is on the borderline between surgical and internal medicine specialties.
Students are familiar with the basic issues of gynaecology and apply their knowledge in related subjects. |
