Course content
|
Teaching takes place in hospitals, outpatient clinics, private offices, private midwives workplaces, counselling centres and workplaces of health education aimed at the care of the woman and the child. Performances, that are carried out at individual professional practice are recorded in the "Notebook of performances and other professional activities in midwifery".

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the individual internship is to gain practical experience from a realistic practice setting, which is important for professional development and understanding of the differences in meeting the needs of the gynaecologically ill women, women with a physiological, high-risk, and abnormal pregnancy, women in labour and delivery and women in the puerperium.
Students will attain deep practical and theoretical knowledge and skills necessary for the delivery of a complex nursing care.

Student portfolio analysis
100% active presence in professional training fulfilment The fulfilment of stated practices and procedures in midwifery, recorded in the "Notebook of performances and other professional activities in midwifery". Student´s written reflection fulfilment according to course guarantor decision. The student has the obligation to fulfill the object before writing to the next grade.
