Introduction to ergoherapy, basic dividing. Diagnostic methods - diagnostics and evaluation of preserved functions, compensation of missing ones. Ergotherapy in pediatrics. Ergotherapy in neurology. Ergotherapy in psychiatry. Ergotherapy in geriatrics. Ergotherapy in rehabilitation. Diagnostic methods - diagnosis and evaluation of preserved functions, compensation of missing ones. Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basics of ergotherapy and ergodiagnostics.
Student applies practical knowledge of ergotherapy ergodiagnostics in practice, he/ she can solve practical issues related to the reduction or loss of independence in activities of the client. He/ she can handle a short case report including the proposal of appropriate compensatory tools.

Assessment methods and criteria
|

The fulfilment of compulsory 70 % attendance at lectures. The fulfilment of 80 % active participation at seminars. Processing of the credit work. Proposal of ergotherapy process including tool for the type and degree of disability. Test of practical skills.
