Introduction to the issues, the concept of community. History of community work. Community work as a method of social work. Macro-theory of community work. Micro-theory of social work, communitarianism. Models of community work. Community work in the conditions of Czech social work. The basics of learning about the community. Community project - cooperation of different participants. Involving citizens in community projects. Motivating different groups to participate in community events. Planning in the community.
