Course content
|
Gynecologic cytodiagnostic - the importance of history. The collection and processing of material for gynecological cytodiagnostic. The interpretation of gynecologic coatings. A biopsy at the gynecology - general principles of collection of the material. Preparation of histological material. Cytodiagnostic - practicum. Biopsy - the sampling, handling the sample. Preparation of histological material - practicum.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquire terminology and practical skills in the area of investigative techniques associated with pathologies of the female reproductive system.
Student knows the basic principles of collection, handling, processing techniques and interpretation of cytodiagnostic and bioptics samples. Students carrying out basic and specialized operations on cytodiagnostic workplaces and workplaces aimed at the subscriptions and the preparation of bioptic material. Students are familiar with the basic ultrasound diagnostics of pathology of the female reproductive system. Students assists in the diagnostic methods in urogynecology.

Completion of compulsory 80% attendance at the lectures. Completion of a written test or oral examination according to the course guarantor's decision.
