Course content
Pedagogy as a scientific discipline. Pedagogical principles. Educational reality: basic concepts and relations. Types of education. Educational process, learning. Subject of education, educator profession. Educational environment. Didactics. Traditional and activating teaching methods. Radiologic assistant in the role of educator. Model E.U.R. Alternative teaching methods used in education. Discussion to the profession of educator in health care. The basic assumptions of education. Didactics. The formation of educational plan. The organization of educational lesson. The evaluation of education. Criteria for the evaluation of educator and educated.

Learning outcomes
The aim is to acquaint students with the basic concepts and topics from the field of pedagogy and education. Student applies the knowledge and experience gained during the lectures and seminars into practice in the educational process.
Students are able to form an educational plan using correct didactic base in nursing for education the healthy, sick, and disabled in all the developmental periods. Students are able to evaluate the educational process. In the complex education planning, students are familiar with the E. R. R. model - evocation, realization of meaning and reflection.

Home assignment evaluation, Didactic test

Completion of compulsory 80% attendance at the practicum sessions. Successful completion of a written test.
