Course content
|
Extended verb stems. The verbs with the third consonant w, j in a stem. The verbs with the second and third identical consonant in a stem. The verbs with hamza. Relative pronouns. Relative clause. Passive. Time clause. Dyadically irregular verbs.

Learning outcomes
|
The objective of this course is to master Arabic morphology and the basics of syntax, to read more difficult non-vocalised texts, and to provide deeper understanding of morphology and the verbal system.
The student will be able to read and translate more difficult Arabic texts.

|
Creative work analysis, Didactic test
Students are required to attend seminars, complete homework assignments, and take regular tests. Credit is granted upon the completion of all the requirements mentioned above and upon passing a written test.
