Learning outcomes
|
The goal of the course is to introduce students to the topics of contemporary Subsaharian Africa from the perspective of social anthropology. The presence is defined by two major periods, colonialism and postcolonialism. Therefore, the core concepts, theories and terms of colonialism and postcolonialism will be also discussed.

The course is not determined by previous anthropological education.
