Introduction of law in air transportation, the law in civil aviation, terms, norms, division, validity. Law regime of air space, historical development. International agreements in civil aviation - Chicago convention, ICAO annexes. International organizations in civil aviation - ECAC, EUROCONTROL, JAA, IATA, SITA, IFALPA. The fight against illegal acts in civil aviation - Haag, Tokyo and Montreal conventions, the responsibility of aircraft commander. Warsaw, Geneva convention, the liability for damage in civil aviation. The air transport legislation in the Czech Republic. Civil aviation business. State administration in civil aviation. Spare time, subject summary.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to offer information about legislation in air transport and about regulations used in air transport range.
After passing the subject, the student is able to orientate in problem of law in air transport and knows a row of legislative documents.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written examination
The credit confirms that the student has attended the lessons in certain frequency and that has fulfilled all requirements. The conditions of credit awarding depend on the teacher. The examination (form, content, length) is given by "Study and Examination Order".
