Course content
Introduction. Characteristic aspects of operation of chosen kinds of international transport. The important internationals organizations in road, rail, water and air transport. Aspects of road international good transportation. Transportation intra systems carnet TIR and ATA. Aspects of rail international transportation. Conditions of carriage in in-land water international transportation. Condition of carriage in air international transportation. Aspects of access to road and rail international transportation. Aspects of access to air and in-land water international transportation. International corridors in road and rail international transportation in Europe. Aspects of carriage of dangerous good in road and multimodal transportation. International transportation of perishable good and live animals. Work conditions for employees in several international transport modes. Actual EU regulations and directions in field international transportation. Spare time, subject summary.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to offer information about international transport and about conditions of business in this range. Main international conventions and laws are mentioned either.
After passing the subject, the student is able to orientate in problem of operation of road, rail, water and air transport. All form point of view of carrier, customer and infrastructure. Students get information about important governmental and nongovernmental documents.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination

The credit confirms that the student has attended the lessons in certain frequency and that has fulfilled all requirements. The conditions of credit awarding depend on the teacher. The examination (form, content, length) is given by "Study and Examination Order".
