1. Airplanes - main characteristics, parts and their function. 2. Construction procedures of airplanes. 3. Construction materials for airplanes, their properties and characteristics. 4. Parameters and structure of wing. 5. Parameters, structure and use of fuselage. 6. Tail assembly and landing gears of airplanes. 7. Propellent units of airplanes. 8. Structure of airplane steering. 9. Flight and navigation appliances. 10. Flight preparation and planning. 11. Basic principles of airplane maintenance. 12. Basics of aerodynamic and forces acting on airplane. 13. Basics of air metheorology.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to introduce mainly airplane handling principles and airplane navigation problem.
After passing the subject, the student is able to orientate in problem of plane flight and problem of navigation on the flight path.
