1. Air transport process. Air-ticket reservations. 2. Passenger check-in process, check-in systems. 3. Transport conditions for passengers and baggage, classes, tariffs. 4. Computer reservation and distribution systems. 5. Model of air transport demand. 6. Basic principles of revenue management. 7. Air cargo transport and air cargo tariffs. 8. Cargo terminals. Cargo loading into airplane. Cargo airplanes. 9. Construction and technical layout of airport. 10. Handling services and preparation of aircraft for flight. 11. Capacity of RWYs, TWYs and aprons. 12. Capacity of passengers airport terminals. 13. Biological protection of airports.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to introduce: sale of the air transport and its principles and realization. Next, information about existing types of airplanes and their characteristics will be presented.
After passing the subject, the student is able to describe basic principles of air transport process, including check-in and airport terminal's equipment.
