Familiarization with project, its defining, targets, strategy and necessary sources. Defining the project goals. Projecting principles and procedures. Project planning. People managing. Monitoring of project advance. Project terminating. Preinvestment project phase. Investment project phase. Operating and evaluating project phase. The other questions about project managing. Time allowance, conclusion.

To acquaint students with problematic of project managing as a modern managing method and project preparation in construction area.
After passing, student is able to create simple project or became a part of team solving the project.

Home assignment evaluation
By granting of credit it is approved that student of present form study has been attended in required measure of obligatory education and accomplished the requests that were set as conditions for granting. The conditions of granting are set by the teacher. The examination (form, content, duration) is set in accordance with Educational and Examinational Code of UPa.
