Meaning of intermodal transport. Development of intermodal transport, operators, transport companies. Support of intermodal transport in the field of legislation. International and intrastate legal norms valid for intermodal transport. General terminology in the field of intermodal transport. Division of combined transport. Technical base of intermodal transport. Systems of intermodal transport. Technology of intermodal transport. Technology of terminal. Technology of service in attraction area of terminal. Capacity of terminal. System of train connections in intermodal transport. Economical evaluation of intermodal transport. Transportation and tariff conditions of intermodal transport. Student is able to characterize separate systems of intermodal transport after absolving of the subject. |
