Learning activities and teaching methods |
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing) |
Learning outcomes |
The target of the subject is to inform students about possibilities of application of models in transport and to acquaint students with basic methods, technics and approaches to design of transport models. Important part of the subject is in detail focused on four-step models of transport flows, on possibilities of their utilization and on methods utilized in these models.
Student is able to be well informed about the questions of modelling and to handle selected problems in the field of transport technology and control with the support of some software products designed for transport modelling. |
