Course content |
Public material law principles. Property rights, limitations, facts. Chosen chapters of obligation law, formation, modification, securing and termination of obligation. Type contracts in civil code, heritage, preconditions of formation of liability for damage. Relation between public and commercial law, enterprisers according to commercial law, commercial register. Business organizations, cooperative, liquidation, bankruptcy. Chosen type contracts in commercial law. Public procedural law principles, judicature system, participants, public process initiation. Court decision in public process, legal remedies, execution of judgement. Criminal material law fundamental principles, terms. Subject and object of crime, intention, negligence, circumstances excluding punishability. Chosen chapters of criminal process law, authorities active in criminal procedure. Penalties, delicts according to special part of criminal code. Time allowance, summary.

Oral examination
By granting of credit it is approved that student of present form study has been attended in required measure of obligatory education and accomplished the requests that were set as conditions for granting. The conditions of granting are set by the teacher. The examination (form, content, duration) is set in accordance with Educational and Examinational Code of UPa. |
