Course content
Introduction, aims and goals of the course. The timetable of the semester, communication binding deadlines. Basic information about the contents of the project and the formal and the content part. Entering specific projects, the principles of elaboration. Introduction to the standards and guidelines for writing project. Professional consulting and project preparation, SW Support Vehicles laboratory. Quotations standards for the list of information sources, work with literature and resources. Continuous monitoring of student labor consultation on mistakes and shortcomings. Basics of preparing presentations. Templates and common mistakes when creating presentations. Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with creation of integrated works (type of thesis) with the principles of analysis and selection methods for solving specific problems in the field of optimization.
After passing, student is able to analyze assigned theme from transport area and on a base of analysis characterise further procedure including proposed solutions.

The student must prove during the semester orientation in matters of projects and the ability to work independently on a task with the prescribed formal requirements. The obtained course credit confirms that the full-time student attended the lessons in the required amount, that he/she met the requirements for acquiring the course credit. Conditions for acquiring the course credit are stipulated by the teacher during the first week of the semester lecture period.
