This is a subject for the state final exam, which consists of the sections Progressive systems of Intermodal transport, Theory of Logistic technologies and Passenger transport.
After completing the course, the student can characterise individual groups of progressive systems in passenger transport and define the principles and conditions of their use in practice. Students can characterise new and progressive intermodal transport systems and describe their technology, advantages, and disadvantages. He or she is familiarised with the fundamental processes of transhipment technology. Students can also manage logistics chains in various sectors of the economy using modern logistics and transport technologies. Based on knowledge of transport technology, the student can make decisions and combined deployment of individual modes of transport for certain transport commodities.
