Learning outcomes
The aim of this study subject is to teach students about issues of railway capacity and about application of methods for assessment of capacity in railway transport.
The students are informed about the issue of assessment of capacity in railway transport. They are able to understand to meaning of basic capacity indicators and able to apply methods designed for this filed.
Prerequisites
Basic overview about railway transport is presupposed.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination
Reaching of a credit is a precondition for attendance at exam. It is confirmed by the credit that a student attended classes at least in defined extent and that student has fulfilled all requirements needed for credit. These requirements and conditions are set by lecturer in the first week of a term (first week of teaching of this study subject). Detailed conditions for exam are introduced by examiner in the first week of teaching as well.
