Course content
Introduction. Content of the subject. White Book - European transport policy. Principles of Czech transport policy. ImpIntroduction. Content of the subject. Important international organizations from road transport, international conventions. White Book - European transport policy. Types of transport authorities. EU directions. Bilateral agreements about international road transport. Special road transports - ADR, ATP agreements. Live animals transport regulations. Forwarding. Travel agencies and road transport. Private road transport operation. Pursuance of bus line transport. Transport service quality evaluation. Spare time, subject summary.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing)

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the conditions of road transport operation and with the demonstration of professional competence to operate road transport by large vehicles on the basis of a set of test questions used by transport authorities.
The student receives necessary skills for professional competence examination for operation of road transport for 3rd person at the transport authority.
Prerequisites
It is expected a general overview in conditions of road transport operation and in the demonstration of professional competence to operate road transport by large vehicles.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination

Personal contact with the teacher is ensured at scheduled consultations, where the teacher, among other things, assigns tasks for self-study and practice of the subject matter. The inspection takes place as part of another consultation. Study materials are provided to students operatively in IS STAG. Further contact of the student with the teacher takes place via e-mail. Furthermore, the teacher provides students with individual consultations based on their requirements within the announced consultation hours published in IS STAG.
