Athletic warm-up, athletic alphabet, special running exercises, calming the body. Analysis and improvement of own running technique. Endurance running records using running recording applications. Interval run records using run logging applications. Speed running records using running logging applications. Analysis of one's own lifestyle. Starts and special running exercises. Fitness athletic training, athletic strengthening. Preparatory rebound exercises, athletic games. Creating a training unit. Use of natural and non-traditional aids in athletics.

Learning outcomes
|
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to provide basic information on the development of motor skills by athletic means, which help to improve fitness training in sport. The focus of the course allows to increase the level of fitness of students, provides students with an extensive overview of training resources and acquaints students with the principles of creating special fitness programs, the techniques of individual disciplines, analysis and error correction.
Students will learn to apply basic theoretical knowledge to physical activity and everyday life.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance assessment
75% active participation in the study in full-time form, submission of assigned tasks in distance form. Further specific requirements will be communicated to the students by the teacher in the first week of the semester via the MS Teams application.
