Course content
Healthy lifestyle. Nutrition. Muscle imbalances. Interval training. Strengthening. Indoor Cycling. Circuit Training. Exercise on TRX. Exercises at BOSU.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Skills training
  • Participation in classes - 26 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 4 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to improve motion skills, aerobic performance and the development of psychic skills.
A student who has successfully completed the course can: draw up a basic training plan to improve physical fitness; the basics of proper breathing; use basic methods of regenerative techniques after physical stress. A student who has successfully completed the course will: work with your own body; use modern sports equipment for functional training; use exercises to remove muscle imbalances; Use aerobic and body building exercises for body shaping. A student who has successfully completed the course is able to: correct posture and correct breathing; involvement of the right muscle groups in physical activities; proper timing not only when working with your body; analyze and evaluate crisis situation.
Prerequisites
It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.
