Safety in physical education and indoor cycling safety regulations. Bicycle setup, seat position setup, setup of handlebar position and distance between seat and handlebar. Spinning vs. indoorcycling, focused on effects on human health. Indoorcycling equipment. Correct body posture, tread, group cycling. Load selection, group cycling. Seat, most frequent errors, group cycling. Tread, most frequent errors, group cycling. Training unit structure - Warm up (introduction), group cycling. Learning outcomes
|
The course objective is to carry on reasonable physical activity helping an individual to keep in good physical and mental condition. Students are acquainted with the exercises on stationary bicycles, regulations of safe cycling, bicycle adjustment, technical parameters and cycling equipment.
Students are required to acquire basic technique of stationary bicycle training, safety regulations, bicycle adjustment and basic contents of a training unit structure.

It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.

|
Student performance assessment
75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.
