| Course content |

Introduction lesson, content fitness exercises. Basic attitude and position during exercise. Isometric strengthening back and abdominal muscles opposite. Circular on strengthening the sites with equipment designed for large muscle groups. Strengthening the upper and lower extremities with and without equipment. Stability and balance, the use of balance equipment. Combined circuit training focusing on all muscle groups. Development of strength and endurance skills, exercises with equipment. Aerobic strengthen the ranks. The development of coordination skills. Core Training. Creative strengthening the habitats of their own student selection.

Students will learn the basic techniques of training and bodystyling.
Students will know self-reinforcing and exercises appropriate to burden the individual muscle groups during the semester. They learn to balance and simple relaxation techniques suitable for everyday life. |
