Course content
Introduction, initial diagnosis of students. Circular on strengthening of sites focusing on large muscle groups. Strengthening in pairs using the tools of balance. Development of strength and endurance skills, exercises with equipments. Strengthening the sites in pairs. Dynamic aerobic workout. Isometric strengthening of smaller internal muscles and muscle groups. Development coordination with the use of balance equipments. Circuit training - strengthening their bodies. Combined circuit training with or without equipments. Strengthening the creative group sites. Basics of a healthy lifestyle.

The aims of course to compensate for the monotony and dullness of contemporary life. Emphasis is placed on developing power, endurance and coordination abilities of the individual.
Students will know the correct and appropriate way work with your body during term.
Prerequisites
It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.

Student performance assessment

75% active participation in lessons. The teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of the semester.
