Course content
Nutrition. Strengthening - various muscle parts. Core training. Stretching. Bodybuilding. Fitness training. Exercises on TRX. Bosu. Circuit Training. Muscle imbalances. Cardio training. Nutritional supplements.

Skills training
  • Home preparation for classes - 4 hours per semester
  • Participation in classes - 26 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to master the basic techniques of various strength exercises using equipment and body weight, to understand methods of muscle strength development, prevention of muscle atrophy, body shaping, weight reduction, and overall improvement of the body's fitness capabilities.
Students will improve their general fitness.
Prerequisites
It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.

Student performance assessment

75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.
