Course content
Diagnosis of students, getting to know the level of play in student. Review of basic strokes - forehand, backhand and service. Preparatory exercises in pairs forehand. Transition from basic training in forehands position. Preparation exercises beckhend strike in pairs. Practicing the transition from basic to forhend position. Combination - forehand and backhand playing. . Approaching, crossing, shielding. Improve service. Playing on the wall - training exercises, variations. Long and short strike - approaching, replacement. The tournament in squash.

Learning outcomes
Students will learn to understand simple game situations and game tactics.
Students will learn to use basic squash punches in combinations and at play. Students will learn to independently respond to situations of game.
Prerequisites
It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.

Student performance assessment

75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.
