Course content
|
Getting the call. Proper posture while playing rocket volleys. Practicing volleys after the shooting. Practicing volleys against the wall. Practicing volleys with teammates. Volleys from the baseline. Holding the racket. Revision of basic strokes. Training administration, demonstration, training anti-tangle nets. Proper placement of administration. Watch videos and use volley, hitting the international players. Tennis tournament.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this subject is to enable students to do regulary this activity, which could accompanying them whole life. They can keep themselve in a good physical and psychical condition.
Students will know basic tennis strokes.

Prerequisites
|
It's necessary that student will be in good health condition. Warning, the tennis subject is not intended for complete beginners!!!

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance assessment
75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.
