Course content
Rocket Sports. Badminton, aerobic exercise. Badminton, basics of strengthening. Volleyball, interval training. Volleyball, bodystyling. Basketball, Circular Training. Basketball, postural muscle strengthening. Floorball, deep stabilization system. Floorball, unusual sports games. Football, weight training and stretching. Football, Power yoga and proper breathing. Water sports, beach volleyball, tennis, jogging. Water sports, psychomotor games, in-line.

  • Participation in classes - 4 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to create a positive relationship to physical activity and active lifestyle, to expand and improve movement habits, increase aerobic performance, develop mental abilities, understand the role of physical education as a means of development of personality, health, fitness, regeneration of physical and mental strength.
Students should gain the positive atitude to the gym and sport and at the same time the gym let in them positive feedback (in formation of their life values inventory).
Prerequisites
It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment

75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.
