Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with new sports trends, with the basic principles of sports activities, with ways of expanding and improving physical habits so that they are led to increasing aerobic performance, developing physical and mental resistance in stress, understanding the role of sport and physical education as a means of development personality, health, fitness and regeneration of physical and mental strength.
Students should gain the positive atitude to the gym and sport and at the same time the gym let in them positive feedback (in formation of their life values inventory).

It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance assessment
75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.
