Course content

Rules of volleyball. Activities player without the ball. Individual sporting activities - hit the ball - up. Individual sporting activities - hit the ball - down. Individual sporting activities - lower service. Individual sporting activities - top service. Individual sporting activities - pass. Individual sporting activities - attack hit. Individual sporting activities - block. Individual sporting activities - drop technique. Simple assault training game combinations. Practicing simple defensive game combinations.

Learning outcomes
|
Practicing fundamentals individual game activities and simple games combined. Learn basic game system and rules of the game.
Students will develope their motor skills, understand the basic principle of playing combinations that were subsequently used during the game. They will learn the basic rules.

Prerequisites
|
It's necessary that student will be in good health condition.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance assessment
75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.
